Key Verse - Matthew 12:50 – “For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.” – Jesus

1 Timothy 6:10 - For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.  (*Don’t Live to TAKE)

Luke 11:37-42 - 37 When Jesus had finished speaking, a Pharisee invited him to eat with him; so he went in and reclined at the table. 38 But the Pharisee was surprised when he noticed that Jesus did not first wash before the meal. 39 Then the Lord said to him, “Now then, you Pharisees clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside you are full of greed and wickedness. 40 You foolish people! Did not the one who made the outside make the inside also? 41 But now as for what is inside you—be generous to the poor, and everything will be clean for you. 42 “Woe to you Pharisees, because you give God a tenth (Tithe – 10%) of your mint, rue and all other kinds of garden herbs, but you neglect justice and the love of God. You should have practiced the latter without leaving the former undone.  (*Live to GIVE)

Luke 12:32-34 - 32 “Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom. 33 Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will never fail, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys. 34 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.  (*Invest in JESUS KINGDOM)

1 Timothy 6:17-19 - 17 Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. 18 Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. 19 In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.  (*Put Our Hope & Treasure in JESUS)

Here’s What I Want us To Do tODAY & This Week & this Lifetime

1. Be Generous to Someone in Some Way. (With Love, Conversation, Listening Ear, Time, Money, Food, Hug, Forgiveness, etc.)

2. Do what Jesus says to Live TRUE LIFE, by Generously & Consistently Giving to Jesus by Investing the Tithe – the 1st & Best Percentage of Our Income, Back into Jesus Family Mission & Kingdom through New Hope, so that more Broken Lives can be Transformed through Christ’s Love here, by filling out the Investment Card below, & putting it in one of the gray Tithe & Offering Boxes by the Doors.
